Day 1 of our road trip was a long one. We drove for 8hrs from Atlanta to New Orleans in our little Honda Fit. Once in the French Quarter we walked around and browsed through various shops. I finally got to try a beignet and Jesse's cafe au lait from Cafe Du Monde made me want to be a coffee drinker again. For dinner we ate Jambalaya at Gumbo Shop. By the time we got to our hotel, we were pooped!
